BEHIND THE LENS

Tammy Lieberman is an independent, Cape Town -based photographer specialising in contemporary commercial and architectural photography, as well as family and lifestyle portraiture. Tammy also works on a regular basis in Johannesburg.

She studied with the College of Digital Photography in Johannesburg, and was awarded the prize for Best Student Portfolio in 2010. She has subsequently been mentored by both locally and internationally-acclaimed photographers, including the renowned Joe McNally.

Tammy’s business background in strategy consulting affords her the ability to work efficiently and seamlessly with corporate clients, providing on-brief portrait, group, product and event photography, as well as artistic imaging for Annual General reports and other documents.

Tammy focuses on making personal photoshoots spontaneous, natural and fun. A mom of three, she is a natural at capturing the essence of the people and children in her photographs, and of giving her private clients lasting memories of special moments.
